                   The PE at the top = ( KE ) at height ' h '
                          mgh = ( 1/2 m v2 )
                           g* 0.75Sin 36.9 = 1/2 v2
                                  0r v = ( 2g * 0.75Sin 36.9)1/2
                                  0r v = 8.83 m/s
