       pressure inside the bubble P = 4 T / r     T is surfacetension , r is radious of the buble
         we can equate this pressure to thehydrostatic pressure of the liquid at the depth i.e
           4T / r = h ? g
           
              h isthe depth below the liquid surface and ? is the density of theliquid
              g isacceleration due to gravity
            from the above findthe radiou of the bubble
             now plug thevalues of T and r in the equation P = 4T / r
